I have 6 years of job experience in customer service in multicultural environment, administrative, logistics, coordination, team work, people management and more.

I am the type of person with the willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer; and not only the customer but the company, because if a customer is happy with my service, they will be happy with the company and that means that if the company has a satisfied customer I am doing a great job and because I am a highly empathic person hence I am very passionate about the customer experience and providing a good service in order to deliver good results to the company.
